About the position: Create job postings for various manufacturing positions inside the plant as well as administrative roles for corporate HQ also located onsite. Recruiters or talent acquisition specialists would have basic HR experience/knowledge of shift differentials. Post jobs on Indeed, schedule and conduct interviews, as well as assist in onboarding new employees. 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Minim Requirements
1+ year of recruiting experience
Basic knowledge of Human Resources HR guidelines OR a completed degree/certificate in an HR related area.
