Summary of Job: Organize and execute various recruiting initiatives to fulfill the seasonal staffing needs for our theme park.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Research and attend local recruitment fairsAssist pending employees through the I9 Paperwork ProcessConduct interviews for certain seasonal job positionsResponsible for developing, organizing, and executing recruiting programs for all Seasonal team membersFacilitate and attend high school and university hiring eventsResponsible for organizing and implementing seasonal job fairs/community events

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Age: 18+Valid Drivers License is a plusLooking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. Weekends are a must.Have strong verbal and written skills.Have computer knowledge with different programsBe able to pay attention to detailsMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
