We are seeking a Recruiter who is eager to make an impact by identifying top talent and guiding them through a seamless and engaging hiring process. This is a vital role on our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for helping build the workforce that changes lives.

Job Summary

As a Recruiter at MyPath, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide variety of positions across our programs. This includes creative sourcing, candidate outreach, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting onboarding. You will also lead New Employee Orientation and serve as a key brand ambassador, helping candidates feel valued from first contact through their first day.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Own the full-cycle recruiting process — from job posting to onboarding

Source, attract, and engage diverse, qualified candidates through creative strategies

Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through a professional and personable hiring experience

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting support

Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage hiring timelines

Perform background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment verifications

Onboarding & Orientation

Lead engaging and informative New Employee Orientation sessions

Support new hires in understanding our culture, policies, and mission

Ensure onboarding processes align with compliance and HR best practices

Team & Communication

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Provide regular updates to HR and operational leadership on hiring progress

Promote MyPath’s mission and values in all recruitment-related communications

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Typical hours fall Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility based on hiring needs

Hybrid or onsite scheduling options may be available depending on location

Some travel to job fairs, hiring events, or orientation sites may be required

Qualifications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)

Experience using ATS platforms and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)

Required Skills & Attributes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to a positive candidate experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with HR software systems

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

Additional Requirements

Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for recruitment events as needed
