Overview:

The Recruiter is part of the Special Projects team. Special Projects are an executive team built to handle rapid growth and help implement organizational strategy. The team is based on finding solutions. The Recruiter is innovative and self-directed as a recruiter with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and play a critical role in ensuring top talent is being hired, but will also serve as an advisor and agent of change. In addition, they will take on recruitment projects designed to add overall value to our company.

Description:

Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for positions of high seniority as needed by our clients

Actively work with clients to ensure understanding of current hiring needs to meet expectationsManage existing client relationships to secure future job ordersOversee full recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offersPlan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talentEvaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managersManage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managersFollow up and strategize with managers to determine their recruiting effectivenessCoordinate management interviews and travel, if necessaryDevelop relationships with universities to coordinate on-site interviews and attend career fairsCold call and actively recruit experienced candidates for various positionsTake on special recruitment projects as needed (i.e. conferences, events, etc.)Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

 Required experience and qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalentExperience in proactively sourcing candidatesMinimum 1-2 years’ recruiting experience

Desired skills and experience

Staffing Agency recruitment experienceBilingual Vietnamese, Mandarin, Arabic, Cantonese or Korean.
