Main responsibilities

Resource large volume of participants and potential employees for several projects related to AI technology and the localization market, as well as support them through the onboarding process.Create and use dynamic and creative social media strategies for mass recruiting (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)Establish and grow country or market-specific networks of resourcing channels, job boards, partners, vendors etc, that includes building strong relationships with communities and professional services, colleges, agencies, media, and internet resources.Create, publish, manage ads and resourcing material for the different requirements.Making the most of each application – testing linguists on their main fields of expertise, negotiating their most competitive rates.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Located in Barcelona.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent customer service attitude.1 year of previous experience in recruitment or human resources.Experience in working in a multi-cultural global environment.Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently.Outspoken, friendly and have positive attitude to different people.Experience using ATS to keep control of the recruitment efforts.Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment.
