Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard warehouse associates and forklift drivers onsite at a client location.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.Conduct interviews, manage applicant tracking, and extend job offers.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the hiring process.Maintain detailed records and documentation of recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma.Previous experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in a warehousing or logistics environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$20.00 per hour.Monday to Friday8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
