Walter P Moore is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our HR team in Mexico City. In this position, you will support our organization's recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate interviews. The ideal candidate should be bi-lingual, familiar with various social media platforms, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screeningsPost job openings on job boards, social media, and our company websiteMaintain candidate database and ensure data accuracyCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering questionsAssist in the coordination of recruiting events and job fairsSupport HR team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish) required1+ year of experience in HR or recruiting preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) suiteApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferredWalter P Moore is an international company of engineers, innovators, and creative people who solve some of the world’s most complex structural and infrastructural challenges.
