Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Bilingual Recruiter in Columbus, OH. In this role, you can work with a team of talented recruiters to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates. This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more. Monday to Friday paying $18.00 to $21.00 /hour. *

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain an excellent partnership through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client’s staffing needsRecruit and retain a talent pool of qualified candidates to ensure a high level of order fulfillment at all timesScreen and identify candidates aligned with specific job requirementsProvide timely and accurate reporting as required by client at all timesConduct thorough orientation with contingent workforce in accordance with client’s requirements, policies & proceduresBuild, maintain and foster client relationship with client management team

Qualifications:

Bilingual – English and Spanish is a MUSTBachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum of 1 -3 years Recruiting, Customer Service or Hospitality experienceAbility to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environmentExcellent oral & written communication skills requiredAbility to develop and maintain excellent client relations
