The Global Banking and Markets (GBM) Recruiter works closely with GBM leaders and hiring managers to deliver excellence throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process. While focused on GBM, the incumbent will drive stakeholder engagement to source, screen, and present candidates for lateral roles that will expand across our lines of business within the US. The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

At least 3 years of experience providing excellent recruitment services specifically to Global Banking and Markets clientsA proven knowledge of all elements of GBM structure and strategy and a track record of excellence as a trusted advisor to GBM leadership and managers - including knowledge of external market conditions and talent trendsDemonstrated ability to successfully operate in a large and matrixed global financial services organizationEngages in proactive sourcing/pipelining/networking and successful identification of top talent for current and future open roles, while building a proactive talent poolActively stays current on changes or trends in the labor market, compensation, talent pools, titles, skills, competitors, etcIn compliance with applicable laws, HSBC is committed to employing only those who are authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as HSBC will not engage in immigration sponsorship for this position.
