Currently, we are seeking a Recruiter to become a part of the HIROTEC team. + Full cycle recruitment for various positions in Automotive Manufacturing. + Source, interview, and organize the candidate pipeline utilizing the ATS (applicant tracking system). + Attend career fairs and develop relationships with local schools to remain proactive in talent development/management. + Maintain contract placement positions and relationships to ensure ongoing skilled trades support based on operational objectives. + Consult with Management to support in meeting manpower requests and interviewing candidates as selected. + Understand the local market and internal benchmarking to ensure equity and compliance throughout the organization. + Ability to provide contract placement & direct hire support for multiple facilities. + Support special projects with HR team members as needed. + Contribute to continuous improvement of ongoing recruitment initiatives. The position requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and Recruitment experience in Automotive Manufacturing. Experience in Manufacturing BIW (body-in-white) is preferrable. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal and employee relations skills. Exceptional written and/oral communication skills, strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
