You will be part of a versatile team that handles both direct hire and contract placements for various projects and ongoing business operations within the telecom industry. Key Responsibilities: + Identify candidates for direct hire and contract roles that align with client needs. + Collaborate with Mountain Ltd. hiring managers, market management and account support team members to understand specific job requirements and project needs. + Make outreach calls to prospective candidates and build relationships with top talent. + Manage the recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and negotiating terms. + Support both long and short-term hiring goals for projects and business-as-usual work. + Process administrative updates in CRM software. Qualifications: + Must be willing to make outreach calls on the phone and have a desire to build successful relationships with candidates. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. + No prior recruiting experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided for individuals who are eager to pursue a rewarding career in recruiting. Must report to New Gloucester, Maine office on hybrid schedule.
