As a Vendor Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, recruiting, and attracting talented vendors to join our partner network. You will use various recruitment methods, including internal systems, social media, referrals, and field methods to identify skilled and experienced workers. In addition to recruitment, you will collaborate closely with our operational team members to proactively identify current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities Develop and update job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with operational team members. Prepare and post recruitment materials on job boards, social media platforms, and other appropriate channels. Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team. Build and maintain influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process. Negotiate pricing with potential vendors to ensure competitive rates for our clients. Help with maintaining active vendor database. Assist with document collection for vendor database.
