Position Summary: The Recruiter position at Cirtec Medical is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from position intake, sourcing/screening candidates to onboarding across various positions, both in the United States and Internationally. You will have a strong emphasis on relationships and assuring a positive experience for both Cirtec employees and candidates, while managing all aspects of the recruiting process. Key Responsibilities: + Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. + Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. + Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture. + Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. + Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. + Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly in the medical device sector. Must Have: + 2-5 years of recruiting experience + Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + A strong track record of building lasting and trusting relationships + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software + Knowledge of compliance and legal aspects of recruitment + Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite + A strong level of professionalism and discretion + Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English Good to Have: + Experience with Clear Company ATS + Previous medical device recruitment experience WORKING ENVIRONMENT Work is performed in an office environment.
