Position Summary:

The Recruiter position at Cirtec Medical is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from position intake, sourcing/screening candidates to onboarding across various positions, both in the United States and Internationally. You will have a strong emphasis on relationships and assuring a positive experience for both Cirtec employees and candidates, while managing all aspects of the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly in the medical device sector.

Must Have:

2-5 years of recruiting experience Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong track record of building lasting and trusting relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Knowledge of compliance and legal aspects of recruitment Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite A strong level of professionalism and discretion Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English

Good to Have:

Experience with Clear Company ATS Previous medical device recruitment experience
