Job Title: Recruiter Job Description As a Recruiter , you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. Additionally, you will perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. You should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks and potentially leading and directing the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, and you will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department. Responsibilities + Recruit and interview potential candidates. + Check references and extend job offers. + Conduct orientation for new employees. + Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes. + Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment. + Lead and direct the work of others when necessary. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree. + Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures. + Minimum of 3 years experience with technical sourcing. + Specific experience within the hardware space (thermal, solar, jet propulsion, PCBA, antenna, RF, etc.). Additional Skills & Qualifications + A wide degree of creativity and latitude. + Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
