What You’ll Do:
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, source, and attract high-quality professionals across various corporate functionsConduct full life cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, pre-screening resumes/applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, assisting in selection, providing offer recommendations, and creating/negotiating job offersProvide training, coaching, and general guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full-cycle recruiting, including the use of WorkdayBe a trusted partner and advisor working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business objectives, role requirements, and desired candidate profilesCreate and maintain a collaborative partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs, keeping an open dialogue and setting appropriate expectationsManage the candidate experience flawlessly from first touchpoint to offer extension and acceptanceFoster long-term relationships with candidates and build a robust pipeline for future roles in core functional areasMaintain internal Workday tools and databases with real-time updates to candidate and client activitiesParticipate in weekly meetings with TA team, senior leadership, hiring managers, and HRMonitor costs related to the recruiting efforts, ensuring adherence to budget limitsYou’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent3-5 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates (at all levels) in a highly competitive marketCombination of agency and in-house recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for corporate functionsExperience managing and direct sourcing a high-volume number of job requisitions simultaneouslyEffective technical sourcing skills with exposure to applicant tracking systemsWe’d Love to See:
