Position Overview:

The recruiter will be a cornerstone of Khodro45’s recruitment strategy, responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the company's growing needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates while ensuring alignment with Khodro45’s organizational culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and hiring plans.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and refine strategies for optimal results.Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.Partner with HR and leadership to implement employer branding initiatives that promote Khodro45 as an employer of choice.Mentor junior team members and share expertise to elevate the overall performance of the recruitment team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful placements in various roles and levels.Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving hiring goals.Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
