Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage and ensure a positive candidate experience.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.Prepare daily and annual hiring and HR planning reports.Prepare documentation for the hiring process.Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.Keep updated with industry trends and best practices to improve the recruitment process continuously.Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or Psychology.At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).Fluent in English.Knowledge of SSO and different recruitment methods and practices.Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
