Bachelor's degree required.3+ years of recruiting experience required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Programs, Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.Excellent analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

The salary range for this role is $75k-$90k on a base.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
