Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, In-Person Recruiter to join our growing team! Business is booming, and we’re adding talented recruiters to support our success. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to identify top talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates. You’ll source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking events, social media, and more.
Your Day:
Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events/social media sites, and referrals from other employees.Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.Briefly describe job role requirements to identify appropriate candidates.Review resumes and schedule interviews with potential hires.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.About You:
1 to 2 years of experience in a consumer-facing role.HR/Recruiting experience preferred.Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay highly organized, even in “organized chaos.”Proficient in navigating computer applications effectively and logically.You’re a natural connector who can maintain relationships with multiple candidates.You ask thoughtful, next-level questions to dig deeper.Staffing experience is a bonus.Compensation Package:
$40K - $45K/yearBranch Bonus Eligible (monthly)Comprehensive Benefits Package
