The Recruiter provides recruitment, selection and placement support to assigned client groups. This position also ensures adequate diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet hiring mangers' needs. Consults with Senior members of the Talent Acquisition team to develop sourcing and recruiting plans and programs to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Partner and collaborate with Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition or Lead Recruiter to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria (0%)Meet with Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition or Lead Recruiter on a regular basis to discuss progress of openings (35%)Identify, engage and secure top talented candidates (both passive and active) using sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting talented candidates for each specific requisition (45%)Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the engagement stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer processes, salary information and closing of candidates (10%)Utilize internal applicant tracking system to review candidate applications and maintain candidate progress during all stages of the process: screening, interviewing candidates, extending offers, etc. (10%)Extend offers of employment to selected candidates through collaboration with hiring managers and the compensation team (0%)Ensure background checks are conducted on all new hires (0%)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Required)1+ Full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment (Preferred)Excellent client service, negotiation, and closing skillsExcellent phone presence with polished verbal and written communication and presentation skillsStrong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing environmentsExcellent analytical and decision-making abilitiesStrong multi-tasking skills and organization skillsHigh sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
