Education
Post-secondary education in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experiences. Human Resources diploma or in progress is preferred.

Experience
Minimum 1 years of Human Resources and/or varied Administration work experience. Previous Recruitment experience preferred; having a focus on health care would be considered an asset. Experienced user of technology including MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and human resource information systems (HRIS).

Travel
The individual must be flexible to travel within reason to network, interview and hire on candidates. The individual will spend most of their time at the branch office. 

French proficiency, written and spoken, is generally considered an asset, but is a requirement for all Quebec locations.
