Job Classification: + Exempt + Daytime Hours + Monday - Friday + On-Site role Essential Job Functions: + Candidate Sourcing : Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods. + Resume Screening and Pre-Assessment : Review applications and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. + Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and seamless process. + Offer Negotiation and Management : Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and communicate all necessary details to candidates, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. + Onboarding Coordination : Oversee the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating training schedules, and serving as a point of contact for new employees during their transition. + Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to foster trust and collaboration. + Job Posting and Employer Branding : Create and publish compelling job advertisements and promote the company-s culture to attract top talent. + Recruitment Metrics Tracking : Measure and report on key performance indicators (e.g., time-to-fill, retention rates) to evaluate and improve recruitment efforts. + Market and Industry Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive hiring strategies. + Compliance and Record Keeping : Ensure recruitment and onboarding practices adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and documentation standards.
