Your Role

You must have prior experience recruiting within the architecture and design, engineering or construction industries. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join us on a contract basis, to support the recruitment for an exceptional project being led out of our London office. We are looking for someone to join our team on an immediate basis, working alongside a wider Talent Acquisition team to lead the recruitment for a diverse and large volume of roles needed to support the project team growth. This will be a multi-year project in a growing region, so there is an opportunity for the position to become permanent in the long run.

What You Will Do

Partner with our HR Leadership and other senior project leadership to prioritise and develop recruitment strategy for the project's needs

Represent Gensler as a Brand Ambassador, marketing our firm through best in class recruitment technology, and social media platforms

Manage a full life-cycle recruitment process, from research and sourcing through the offer and acceptance, with both active and passive candidates across a diverse variety of specialisations and roles

Manage the logistics of candidate assessment, candidate presentation, scheduling interviews and providing background information to key stake holders, follow-up feedback and reference checking

Advise team members on competitive research and market trends while offering strategic solutions for recruitment during changing business trends

Build a pipeline of targeted prospects for Gensler by developing relationships with candidates as a trusted advisor

Data management of the applicant process

Maintain applicant status changes through the recruitment process

Coordinate interviews and follow up with participants post-interview

Your Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a recruitment environment, with a mix of both agency and in-house experience being ideal

Fantastic memory for all things related to recruiting talent (candidates, competitors, projects, connections to the firm, etc.)

Experience recruiting for a creative firm (architecture, interior design, branding agency, etc.) or within the engineering or construction industries

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Excellent organizational skills

Experience using an ATS, Workday preferred

Experience sourcing candidates and networking within the industry

Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise effectively and handle deadlines
