Purpose Statement

The primary focus of the role is to serve as a trusted consultant to the business to ensure the timely and effective hiring of talent, including determining and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies, screening applicants, supporting our hiring managers in their evaluation of candidates and decision making, and managing the entire offer process.   This role is critical in ensuring a positive experience for both our candidates and our hiring managers related to the “My First Impression” Moment that Matters.  You will also identify process improvement opportunities to help drive the continual advancement of the service levels provided by the Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Manage Recruitment process from Requisition approval to Candidate Offer Lead “Strategy Meetings” (kick off mtgs) to provide direction and guidance to hiring managers related to the hiring process, align on sourcing and evaluation strategies, timing, and communication cadence Implement effective recruiting/sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse workforce.  Build and maintain diverse and qualified candidate pipelines Conduct effective phone screens Coach hiring managers in behavioral based interviewing techniques Ensure a strong candidate experience for all candidates (internal and external) Work with our ESO associates who support the Talent Acquisition processes to ensure smooth execution and strong partnership, and promptly flag any existing challenges or process improvement opportunities so they can be addressed in a timely manner Effectively manage relationships with Hiring Managers, AEN Business Partners, ESO partners, and teammates. Offer process and programs improvement ideas based on experience or industry best practices.  Continually serve as consultant and TA ‘coach’ to hiring managers to help ensure effective execution of the hiring process and a mitigation of any potential bias or non-compliance with laws or policies. Maintain knowledge of industry workforce trends and how they may impact the talent marketplace, and identify possible actions to proactively address any future challenges Help to ensure that all TA-related processes are executed consistently and compliantly for all open roles, regardless of level, site, or department.  Support or lead TA-related projects as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors / SAP preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including demonstrated strength in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Ability to effectively utilize a variety of techniques to source diverse qualified passive candidates at all levels Ability to form and maintain trusted working relationships with hiring leaders and HR business partners. Ability to identify and effectively address any challenges to the timely filling of an opening, including working with the hiring manager to determine root cause, align on revamped strategies or actions as needed, and implement the solutions effectively. Ability to work effectively with a high degree of autonomy. Proven success with social media and current sourcing strategies. Ability to conduct talent marketplace and recruiting best practices and benchmarking research and apply finds as appropriate. High level of interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Extremely high confidentiality expectations due to the sensitive nature of information handled. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Experiences/Education

5 years’ experience as a full cycle recruiter. Experience in using Indeed, LinkedIn and other major platforms, as well as niche sites and organizations, to effectively source passive candidates. Experience with recruiting in both manufacturing and corporate environment preferred. Experience in high volume hiring preferred. Experience attending/organizing job fairs or recruiting events. Ability to determine specific sourcing strategies for open roles that result in ample talent pipelines

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$64,140.71 - $86,778.61
