How do you excel in this position\n

In this role, you will excel by utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through networking, career fairs, headhunting, and strategic marketing. You will conduct thorough screenings, assess cultural fit, and effectively promote the company to candidates throughout the recruiting process. As a key partner to hiring managers, academic institutions, and industry networks, you will drive successful hiring strategies to meet business demands. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews, host job fairs, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and stay current on recruitment trends to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process that supports Stark Tech's continued growth.\n

What are we looking for\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.\nAt least three (3) years' experience supporting the recruitment function and various selection processes.\nStrong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, etc.).\nPrevious experience recruiting for multiple roles, multiple levels required.\nBasic understanding of human resources function and reporting and record keeping requirements.\nFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.\nStrong knowledge and understanding of the organization and its staffing needs.\nFamiliarity with or ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and\/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).\nAbility to conduct different types of interviews.\nStrong communication and customer service skills required.\n\n
