OEC Group is looking for a Recruitment Clerk to join our team in our Guadalajara office. Recruitment Clerk is responsible for various functions of the Human Resources department, including talent attraction, talent selection, onboarding, etc.

Responsibilities: Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.Initiates contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings.Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and position.Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.Writes and places job advertising in various media.Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings.Coordinates and participates in setting up display and working at job fairs.Utilizes recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.Performs reference and background checks on applicants.Coordinates communications with applicants.Files and maintains employment records for future references.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field requiredProven work experience as a recruiter.Proficient in HR Recruitment and talent management systems. Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checksAbility to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral).Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.Adaptable to changes.Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline.Strong English & Spanish communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
Schedule: 
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with 1 hour for lunch. 
During probation, you´ll be required to work onsite. 
After probation, you´ll be eligible to work 1 day at home (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays only).
