Our client, a leader in safety services, is looking to hire an Industrial Services Recruiter for a 2 month contract with potential for extension.
This position will be a hybrid work model out of the Leduc office.Position Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter for a 2-month contract to support recruitment and administrative tasks during a period of increased workload. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in Trades Recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review resumes to ensure candidates meet the minimum criteria outlined in job descriptions.Verify tickets, certifications, and qualifications for compliance with job requirements.Conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, availability, and suitability for specific roles.Maintain detailed notes and provide recommendations to the hiring team.Assist with onboarding processes, such as collecting and organizing documentation and setting up new hires for success.Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support recruitment and operational goals.Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Industrial recruitment.Organized: Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing resumes and qualifications.Adaptable: Comfortable working in an environment without established processes and procedures.Collaborative: Enjoys working independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
