Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the Company;s University Talent Acquisition team for specific business groups.
Responsibilities
+ Partner the hiring team members to understand hiring needs.
+ Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across the Company.
+ Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.
+ Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
+ Manage end-to-end process administration from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement, and hiring updates to key stakeholders.
+ Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots and process improvement projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, project coordination, or talent acquisition
Work Environment
This position requires working 5 days onsite. The work environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on specialized campus skills such as GenAI and Software Engineering Science. The team is high-performing, highly experienced, and passionate about mentoring and coaching.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
