Recruiter Manpower of Shelby Township is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Recruiter who will specialize in the manufacturing field, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a 6-month assignment that could potentially go Direct. Job Title: Recruiter Location: Shelby Township Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 What’s the Job? • Screening, interviewing, and on-boarding associates for temporary, temp to permanent and permanent placements • Full cycle recruiting activities for multiple roles, across all functional areas, using creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for each role • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the process to ensure you meet their hiring needs and goals! • Track and consistently report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, and pipeline of candidates. What’s Needed? • Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales • Experience in making timely and accurate hiring decisions including the identification, qualification and selection of candidates. • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary.
