Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter in Roseville, Minnesota, United States. As a Recruiter, you will be tasked with developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, conducting recruitment events, and managing the entire recruitment cycle. Your role will also involve utilizing the SAP system for various recruiting processes. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies • Conduct various recruiting events to attract potential candidates • Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Utilize the SAP system for various recruiting processes • Engage in volume recruiting for various positions within the organization • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth recruiting processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Corporate Recruiting, able to identify, engage, and secure top talent for various corporate roles. • Experience in organizing and executing Recruiting Events, adept at representing the company professionally and attracting potential candidates. • Ability to develop and implement effective Recruiting Strategies, with the goal of attracting and retaining high-quality applicants. • Broad knowledge and experience in general Recruiting, capable of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across different job functions and levels. • Expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting, able to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. • Competence in Volume Recruiting, capable of managing high-volume recruitment drives within set timelines. • Familiarity with SAP or similar HR software, able to utilize technology to streamline the recruitment process and manage applicant data.
