A reputable technology and solutions company is searching for a Recruiter to join their growing team! We are searching for somebody who has experience with high volume recruiting and technical roles. This person will be responsible for the full recruiting cycle for internal openings. This position offers room for growth, free parking, and the opportunity to join a well established organization.

Responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top talent for a wide range of positions.Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, assess cultural and technical fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.Write and post job descriptions across relevant platforms, ensuring clear communication of job responsibilities and company culture.Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future openings, ensuring talent availability for various roles.Provide an exceptional experience for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

2 or more years of experience in a recruiting roleProficiency in MS Suite applicationsFamiliarity with ATS and HRIS systemsStaffing or engineering experience is a plus!!!
