Action on survey results to improve hiringexperiences. + Create job advertising and postings, analyzing market trends that impact labor supply & demand, as well as ensure language is bias free. + Use metrics to track and communicate our recruitment progress and success. Be able to measure return on investment on activities and course correct as needed. + Understand the talent market landscape as it relates to our industry, geographic location, and job market availability.
