Join our team and enable hard-working people to build their career brick by brick!This will be a12 monthcontract. **Core Responsibilities** + Manage a LEGO Group signature end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles, including contact with hiring leaders, sourcing, screening, selection, offer proposal, candidate follow–up and onboarding. + Partner closely with the recruitment support team to plan and implement a flawless recruitment process through clear communication and accountabilities. + Foster a positive candidate experience through setting clear expectations in process,time-linesand by givingtimelyfeedback. Action on survey results to improve hiringexperiences. + Create job advertising and postings, analyzing market trends that impact labor supply & demand, as well as ensure language is bias free. + Use metrics to track and communicate our recruitment progress and success. Be able to measure return on investment on activities and course correct as needed. + Understand the talent market landscape as it relates to our industry, geographic location, and job market availability. Use this data to deploy relevant sourcing strategies as well keep the business advised. + Work with hiring leaders to define and deploy a recruiting strategy to identify the best channels to source candidates aswellhow best to increase our diverse representation of candidate slates. + Create talent pipelines, LinkedIn projects and continually network to ensure we have aready madepipeline of talent + Build, advocate for, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the adoption ofequitableand inclusive recruitment practices across. **Play your part in our team succeeding** This role is within our TalentAcquisitionteam leading our recruitment activities for ourretailand salaried roles. This 3dayin the office hybrid working model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues. **Compensation** The salary for this position has a range of $90,000 - $135,000 based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
