Worldwide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition team located in our Heredia, Belene, Costa Rica office. This position will be focused on souring and delivering top talent for any/all organizations within the company. 

Responsibilities 

Assisting with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.  Coordinating and conducting full life-cycle recruitment for assigned areas of the business Recruiting for WWT’s core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.  Posting jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers Coordinating with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable  Understand company’s policies and benefits Review and pre-qualify potential candidates   Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.  Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create a diverse innovative sourcing strategy  Structure processes and policies that promote diversity and support all social groups  Develop diverse candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research  Assist with building hiring practices within their areas that provide equal opportunities to all candidates, internal and external.  Develop a network of business and candidate contacts  Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings  Effectively communicate with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs  Miscellaneous projects as needed.
