 Creates and monitors job postings for respective departments.

 Verifies candidates meet qualifications and conducts screening for open roles and creates candidate pipeline.

 Schedules interviews: provides hiring manager with all documentation and follows through until a decision is received.

 Conducts background, reference checks, and all onboarding documentation.

 Utilizes and manages the Applicant Tracking System through the HRIS.

 Stays current on recruitment trends and best practices.

 Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

 Participates in job fairs and other recruitment events to develop community partnerships.

 Establishes and fosters community partnerships to assist with recruitment opportunities

 Acts as a liaison between team and other programs to drive staffing and retention

 Provide and present data to director to show progress in vacancy rates and time to fill reporting.
