Job Summary:
This position serves as a Recruiter supporting our site-level Hiring Managers and team members both in the U.S. and internationally. This critical role will work as part of a team and will partner closely with managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional people. The ideal candidate will have volume recruiting experience supporting a fast-paced, growing business and will have built trusted relationships cross-functionally while delivering exceptional customer service to internal hiring managers. This position can work remotely from home or within a hybrid work schedule if they live near one of our office locations in Phoenix, New York City or Northern New Jersey.The Recruiter will be responsible for the the duties outlined below:
Sourcing Talent & Screening Candidates:
Sourcing and phone screening candidates to assess both baseline skill sets as well as the ability to be successful in the Exos environment
Proficient working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday or related system).
Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS (Workday) and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
Identify diverse candidate pools
Champion innovation and creativity to constantly seek new ways to find passive talent and improve the recruiting experience
Manage candidates through the recruiting process; providing regular updates to hiring managers.
Relationship Building:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and through email
Collaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departments
Ability (and desire) to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Focus on providing a great candidate and client experience at every opportunity
Build and maintain a large network of professional relationships over time for both employment and referral opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum BS/BA is required
1+ years of professional work experience
1+ years of experience conducting searches for positions from entry to senior level preferred
Excellent relationship-building skills
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Open-minded, inquisitive nature individual who is a self-starter and highly motivated
Personal interest in health, wellness and/or sports and fitness industry
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $24.00/hour to $27.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
