As a Recruiter at Ōnin Staffing, you'll play a key role in connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities!


You Will:

Lead Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire top-tier candidates within the light industrial sectorConduct Interviews: Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure successful placements for both candidates and our client.Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain a strong relationship with our client and internal teams to understand their unique hiring needs and foster collaborative success.Uphold Recruitment Standards: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and industry best practices.Drive Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

1-year of experience in staffing, recruitment, customer service, account management, hospitality, retail, sales, or other related field.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.Dedication as a team player with a proven track record of reliability and punctuality.An eagerness to learn and daptability to changing needs in a fast-paced office setting.
