We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team for specific business groups such as AWS, Devices and Services, and Amazon Entertainment. Responsibilities + Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs. + Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon. + Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements. + Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders. + Manage end-to-end process administration from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement, and hiring updates to key stakeholders. + Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots, process improvement projects, etc. Essential Skills + Talent acquisition + Recruiting + Advanced Excel + Ad Hoc Reporting/Project Coordination + Arranging Interviews + Candidate Generation/Sourcing + College Recruiting Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with different ATS systems + Pipeline management + Microsoft Office + Onboarding + Full cycle recruiting + Applicant tracking systems + 1-2 years of experience + Bachelor's degree required Work Environment This role requires 5 days onsite in the Seattle office. The team culture is high performing and highly experienced in college recruiting with a passion for mentoring and coaching. This is a team focused on specialized campus skills such as GenAI and Software Engineering Science. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
