Recruiter II

Summary: Seeking a Recruiter II to develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies, attract qualified candidates, and fill open positions with top talent.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of experience with BA or 1-3 years with MBA

Experience in staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional roles

Exposure to manufacturing environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interact well with people at all levels in, and outside of, the organization

Preferred Skills:

Five years' experience in staffing/recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

Source and identify candidates using various tools

Manage multiple clients and competing demands in a high-volume environment

Work closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand recruiting needs

Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities

Develop sustainable staffing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage

Screen and interview potential candidates; prepare ratings on applicants; make salary recommendations; provide company information to applicants

Benchmark compensation externally; create effective sourcing strategies; conduct competency-based interviews; check references; execute the offer process flawlessly

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to sourcing, recruiting, and hiring

Troubleshoot problems related to recruiting and hiring processes

Keep HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers updated as appropriate

Establish and maintain processes for maximizing resume tracking software



Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
