This fully remote opportunity allows you the flexibility to work from home in support of Epsilon’s corporate offices.

**An average day:**
As a Recruiter III, you will manage the full cycle of recruiting services for both Epsilon’s Federal Contract and internal hiring initiatives, ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every step. In this role, you will utilize innovative sourcing strategies to find, connect with, and recruit top talent, contributing directly to Epsilon’s continued growth and success. In this position you will:
+ Search for candidates who possess the skill set, educational background, and work experience required for assigned technical and non-technical positions. Matches job requirements with possible candidates.
+ Utilize tools to source active and passive candidates to build and maintain a candidate pipeline such as job boards, job fairs, social media, and networking.
+ Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess knowledge, experience, ability, motivation, and overall interest in the opportunity.
+ Recommend qualified candidates to the appropriate manager for further review.
+ Seek creative solutions for sourcing candidates and leverage recruiting resources such as professional organizations, social media, and community associations to attract, engage and recruit candidates.
+ Deliver screened, best-qualified candidates to meet business needs in a timely manner.
+ Utilize targeted and behavioral interview techniques, screen and interview prospective candidates by phone or video conference to evaluate work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications for assigned positions.
+ Document additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, and other data pertinent to the selection and submission of applicants.
+ Gather candidate feedback from interview teams and partners with hiring managers throughout the interview process to review job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
+ Build and cultivate relationships across all levels and business areas including department managers and HR stakeholders and ongoing candidate interaction.
+ Utilize the applicant tracking system, JobDiva, in managing data associated with the recruitment process.
+ May train new Recruitment team members on the use of the Job Diva system and other Recruitment department processes and procedures.
+ Attend various industry events and career fairs.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years of experience in a similar position with similar responsibilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Must have demonstrated experience recruiting technical or professional personnel with clearances for federal contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal positions requiring a clearance. Only applicants with this required experience will be considered.
+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), internet, electronic job boards, and HRIS system.
+ Previous experience recruiting/onboarding for a multi-state remote workforce.
+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage competing priorities under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
+ Understanding of Information Technology (IT) positions such as Help Desk/Desktop Support, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and/or Information Assurance.
+ Creative, confident, and outgoing personality.
+ Requires excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, highly organized, and a tactful phone demeanor.
+ Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, initiative, and resourcefulness.
+ Requires a strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality with the ability to maintain compliance with DOL privacy laws.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and experience handling difficult conversations.
+ Prioritization skills are required with the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly.
+ Experience recruiting for Federal Government contracts.
+ Experience with Federal and State employment law compliance.
+ Experience creating and sending electronic signature documents (i.e., DocuSign, RightSignature).
+ Previous sales and customer service experience.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Occasional local, regional, and overnight national travel is required for training, conferences, and visiting other Epsilon locations.
+ Must be open to a flexible work schedule, occasional overtime and evening/weekend work may be required.
+ Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required.
+ This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may conduct training and lead special projects or teams.
