The consultant will provide strategic recruiting support for AppsFlyer’s North America Go-to-Market organization (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships). The focus of this engagement is to identify, engage, and deliver qualified candidates that meet agreed-upon hiring priorities and timelines.

Demonstrated expertise in GTM recruiting (Sales, CS, Marketing, or Partnerships) for high-growth SaaS organizations. Proven success in delivering qualified candidates within agreed timeframes. Established network within the North American GTM talent market. Ability to operate independently, manage deliverables, and communicate progress effectively. Experience using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing systems.Engagement Details
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Duration: 6 - 12 months, with option to extend based on business needs and performance. Location: San Francisco Bay Area Compensation: Hourly rate, aligned with defined deliverables and expertise level. Reporting: Direct collaboration with designated AppsFlyer stakeholders; no employment relationship implied. Benefits: Not eligible for Employee Benefits or perks.
