As a Recruiter, you will:
Partner with hiring managers to attract, source and evaluate candidates in Japan to recruit the very best talents for Fortinet Architect and execute creative recruiting strategies and manage full recruitment cycle with both candidates and hiring managers Build and maintain a viable talent pipeline to fill existing and future job openings at Fortinet Advise key stakeholders on talent market insights, competitors landscape and HR recruiting processes Promote employer branding activities Articulate Fortinet benefits and total rewards Collaborate with HR business partners on salary proposals and offersWe Are Looking For:

Minimum 5 - 7 years proven in-house recruitment experience (preferably in Security and/or technology companies). Those without in-house recruiting experience but with at least 6 - 8 years of external agency experience are welcome to apply Experience in hiring sales and technical positions Strong internet and social networking research capabilities Solid communication skills (written and verbal) English language is a plus Independent with an acute sense of urgency Excellent business partnering skills and ability to engage and build relationshipsWhy Join Us:
