Recruiter / Proposal Coordinator
Imagine One is currently seeking a **Recruiter/Proposal Coordinator** . The selected candidate must be able to multitask and possess superb communication skills. In addition, the candidate should be able to work independently and within a team setting. **Primary responsibilities will include:** + Assisting corporate recruiters and hiring managers with staffing for new business opportunities as well as immediate fill positions. + Assisting with completion of personnel requisitions. + Tracking candidates through an applicant tracking system. + Previous experience using a similar system is not required, but is preferred. + Working with hiring managers, senior recruiters, and the corporate office to process offer letters. + Sourcing and screening resumes prior to hiring manager review. + Scheduling interviews for hiring managers; this will include initial and follow-up contact (phone and email) for setting up interview. + May also participate in conducting the interviews. + Maintaining contact with candidates. + Providing administrative and coordination assistance to the Proposal Managers. This includes, but is not limited to completion of matrices, preparation of proposal documents (primarily resumes and staffing plans), responding to data calls, proofreading and reviews of proposal documents. + Training will be provided for proposal support. **Additional responsibilities may include:** + Assisting in continuous process improvement. + Providing administrative support by assisting with office needs. **Experience Requirements:** + Up to one (1) year of experience, preferably recruiting related. + Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
