What will you be doing to help the cause?\n
In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring team members who will deliver on our mission, in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment, through: \n\nMaintaining an excellent and welcoming candidate experience for our future team members. After all, you are the first face they see and the most important memory they will have when making a decision to start a meaningful career with us\nDetermining the suitability of applicants for employment\nSourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers\n\n
Who are you?\n\nYou have spent at least 1 year in an agency or other fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role and are looking for your next challenge.\nYou are an expert at managing and scheduling interviews effectively and strive to overachieve and succeed.\nYou have experience with full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, video interviewing, delivering offers, managing candidates within an applicant tracking system and using Microsoft Office.\nYou demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to creatively continue to build a candidate network.\n\n

Butterfly Effects has served more than 10,000 families since our inception in 2005. We have a long history of improving the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder through our family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach. Our mission is to deliver ABA treatment in partnership with families affected by autism to foster a more joyous life.\n
A national leader in autism treatment, Butterfly Effects employs more than 200 board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) and 2,000 behavior technicians. The 12 states we serve are locally managed by a regional director and team of BCBAs. Our corporate office located in Deerfield Beach, Florida is home to our leadership team and administrative staff who assist with daily operations, including client services, human resources, talent acquisition, finance, revenue cycle management, quality assurance, compliance, professional development, and professional ethics.\n
