WHAT YOU'LL DO
Position summary:

The Consulting Recruiting Assistant is part of the Consulting HR Team in Greater China. Working together with the Recruiting team, he/she will be responsible for BCG’s hiring needs of consulting staff to support business growth.

Principal duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:Drive campus and experienced hiring in Hong Kong and Taipei Offices, as well as Greater China’s campus recruiting from North American schoolsConduct recruiting marketing campaigns, including road shows, workshops, career courses, etcSource and screen high potential candidatesManage the whole interview process smoothlySupport decision makingCommunicate offers and manage post-offer eventsBring talents onboardManage BCG's relationship with key schools; expand talent pools when neededManage experienced hiring pipelines and adjust timely to meet business needsManage PTA (Part-Time Assistant) program in HKGHelp build BCG's employer branding in Hong Kong and TaipeiOther ad-hoc requests as needed
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requestsResourceful, with good problem-solving capability; Able to deliver high-quality resultsPlans work effectively and manages work towards the planComfortable to work with senior stakeholdersStrong verbal communication skills; fluency in English and MandarinAdvanced level computer skills with Windows system
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
A relevant Bachelor's degree plus 3 years recruitment experience, preferably at a professional services firm in Greater China
