What You'll Do
This is a team-oriented role working with the local Amsterdam recruiting team. This team is dedicated to attracting and selecting the highest caliber Consulting Staff (CT) across all cohorts: interns, (senior) associates and consultants. In addition to supporting the recruitment process, you will also support recruiting event management, marketing activities and strategic projects within the recruiting team.
Within this role you will work with other HR functions across the People teams in LAB (London, Amsterdam, Brussel), in addition to senior stakeholders who are involved in recruiting and interviewing. This is a fast-paced organizational role, so the ability to hit the ground running is a must. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a can-do mentality are essential, and – above all – a passion for delivering good work!
You will provide the best candidate experience for events & interviewees by providing all-round support to the Recruitment team. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and support them throughout their event application and interview process. To make sure we hire the best talent into BCG you will assist throughout the entire recruitment funnel; events marketing & preparation, admin, screening, selection, and conversion of candidates. You will work closely together with our service center team to schedule interviews and resolve calendar conflicts as they occur. You are also responsible for keeping the overview of our interview pool, candidates, and interview cases.

What You'll Bring
At minimum, an HBO or WO Bachelor’s degree with 0 – 2 years of working experience. Previous office-based work experience, preferably in an administrative role that requires scheduling element.Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools and Microsoft packages is required.Ability to remain calm & personable with good inter-personal skills, also during busy periodsAn improvement-oriented mindset: you are pro-active and take the initiative in identifying (new) opportunities to support the team and improve ways-of-working.A great level of enthusiasm, with a positive “can-do” attitudeFluency in Dutch and EnglishA passion for Marketing is a plusWho You'll Work With
You will be part of the BCG Amsterdam recruiting team, collaborating mainly with candidates, Consulting Staff (interview pool) and Management and Executive Assistants, BCG support staff, vendors and other third parties. You’ll be part of the wider BCG Amsterdam office as well as a well-developed international network of offices.
Overall, you can expect to be part of a fast-paced, young & dynamic workplace, both multinational and multicultural. On top of that, BCG offers a highly intellectually challenging environment and ample training and learning & development opportunities. This role will require occasional travel.
