The Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Closer in Pune, India is responsible for entering offer details into Workday for approval and initiating and completing post-offer acceptance activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and involves coordinating various tasks with hiring managers and other departments.

This role will be responsible for:

Generating and sending approved offers to candidates

Coordinating post offer activities including education and background checks

Escalate issues and background violations to Tier 3 support team for review.

Creating positive interaction with final applicants at the end stages of the recruitment process.

This role will be accountable for:

Completing all assigned duties accurately and on-time (e.g., scheduling by deadlines, communication to candidates and vendors)

Report falsification or inaccuracy findings as deemed necessary.

Identifies the support and resources needed to carry out plans; delivers on time at an acceptable quality level.

Minimum Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, is required

2 years  experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and gathering necessary information

Preferred Qualifications

Must possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy

Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple requisitions and postings efficiently
