Recruiting Consultant I

From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries. **JOB SUMMARY:** As an Associate Recruiting Consultant, you will utilize effective sourcing techniques to develop a strong pipeline of talent for our dealer network to meet current and future business needs. This position will play a key role in bringing top talent across different roles, managing hiring manager relationship (outside dealers) and candidate experience. You will serve as a trusted business partner by actively engaging with the talent market and providing market intelligence by sharing critical talent insights for future marketing ideas and partnerships. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + Associates degree or equivalent experience + Prior relevant business experience to include but not limited to: human resources, recruitment, sales, marketing and general business operations. + Prior experience in researching, identifying, and building high quality talent pipelines. **Full Cycle Recruitment** + Understand business needs and goals and devise sourcing strategy plans to create a pipeline of talent for our dealer network to accelerate installations. Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporate diversity to candidate slates. + Lead full-life cycle recruiting (up to the point of offer) for assigned regions, develop relationships with external partners/hiring managers (dealers) and act as a consultant or advisor to hiring managers and/or key stakeholders. + Provide a great candidate experience. Build relationships with potential candidates through effective networking via email, calls, social networks; leverage online recruiting resources. + Utilize Phenom CRM for email and text campaigns to build a continuous pipeline of candidates + Screen potential candidates for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements. Sell and close during each step of the candidate life cycle to ensure success. + Bring new, creative and outside the box ideas and approaches to find talent for our dealer network. + Support dealers in achieving monthly offer targets. + Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities through internal workflow to provide accurate analytics. + Convert passive talent by articulating a compelling story using your understanding of the business. + Maintain a constant pulse on the market to provide real time recommendations and conduct A/B testing to prove changes needed. + Consistent track record using talent intelligence tools to build informed recruiting strategy. **System Administration and Analytics** + Strong user and administrator for current CRM (Phenom) + Bring on new external partners from the direction of internal stakeholders + Train new external partners utilizing hiring manager platform + Provide reports to key stakeholders by utilizing system analytics **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
