Recruiting Coordinator, Global Specialty Recruiting
The Global Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Executive Recruiting team. This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. Amazon highly values the candidate experience and the RC for the Executive Recruiting team will have an immediate impact on the experience of our executive candidates. This person will be the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.
This role will influence candidate and client experience by:


- Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership

- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start date

- Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience at Amazon by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly

- Entering and tracking candidate information in Amazon database and ensure appropriate stakeholders have access to necessary information

- Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings

- Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or or project management experience
- This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
- PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex projects
· Experience working with recruiting teams

Work/Life Balance

Our team puts a high value on work-life balance, especially taking time off. We trust our team members to set a schedule that works for them with most of us working between 8 am and 4 pm local time. This role does require some flexibility in hours during busier recruiting periods and depending on the needs of the candidates. In these situations, management will work directly with RCs to identify additional support if needed.
