Who you are
As a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process. You’ll be the driver for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and candidates. You will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving environment while keeping our candidates top of mind. Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process.
You are a detail oriented individual that thrives in a fast pace and high volume environment, pulling from past equivalent coordination experience. You operate with an incredible sense of urgency. With the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, a strong collaborator who can shift communication styles to work with different types of people through strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills.
This is a 6-month temporary position. This position reports to our Sr. Manager, HR Operations & Benefits.
In your first 30 days:
You’ll get immersed into the Recruiting Coordinating Team and familiarizing yourself with the Tools, Process, and internal Stakeholders. Build a strong relationship with key stakeholders (recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, etc.) and maintain effective communication channels. Act as point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews in a timely and accurate manner.In your first 60-90days:
Partnering with Stakeholders to suggest improvements in the current process to optimize and streamline recruiting coordination function.What you'll do:
Coordinate interview schedules for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members. Communicate interview details and logistics to all parties involved, including scheduling changes or updates. Manage candidate correspondence regarding interview scheduling, ensuring timely and professional communication. Assist in the preparation of interview materials, including interview guides, assessment tools, and evaluation forms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interview schedules and candidate availability in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide administrative support to the Ops team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
